Easier to sleep
I really enjoy Buru; it’s not my first time using it. I drink it, and it makes it easier to sleep, while also improving the condition of my hair and nails.

Improved sleep
I began taking biotin alongside alpha lipoic acid and observed an improvement in my sleep. Since I’m using them together, it’s difficult to determine whether the effect comes solely from biotin or the combination. Regardless, the change has been positive so far, and I will keep using them to see if the benefits persist.
